Return Policy

Our return policy lasts 7 days from the date you receive your product. If more than 7 days have passed since delivery, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Eligibility Requirements for a Return

To be eligible for a return, all of the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging, undamaged.

  • All tags, accessories, and original packaging materials must be included.

  • A proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

  • If the item is defective, you must send a video clearly showing the issue, along with clear photos of the product and original packaging.

  • Returns must be authorized in advance by our team via email. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene, safety, or product type, we do not accept returns in the following cases:

  • Baby products that have been opened, used, or handled

  • Gift cards

  • Downloadable digital products

  • Personal care or health items

  • Customized products (e.g., items with personalized embroidery)

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Any product returned after the 7-day period from delivery

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a few business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)

If you haven't received your refund yet:

  • Check your bank account again

  • Contact your credit card company — it may take some time before your refund is officially posted

  • Contact your bank — processing times may vary before a refund is visible

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged due to manufacturing issues. If you need to exchange it for the same item, email us at lulllullhome@gmail.com and send your item to:

Gifts

  • If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

  • If the item was not marked as a gift, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves before giving it to you, the refund will be issued to the gift giver.

  • You are responsible for paying for your own return shipping costs.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • If you are shipping an item over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
